HOLA solution has been designed with a lower TCO - HOLA requires Zero license fees for software infrastructure (such as Databases, Application Servers, etc.). In addition it needs very low investment in hardware infrastructure compared to other solutions in the market place.

HOLA offers the speed and agility of an Application Services Provider (ASP) solution and yet minimizes the concerns associated with ASP's - lack of ownership of information, security, scalability, viability of vendors etc.

 Web Browser
The most ubiquitous knowledge tool today is the web browser. HOLA's simple user interface has been designed for ease of use.

 WebDAV
By accessing HOLA from your WebDAV client (e.g. 'Web Folders' on Windows), you can manage your work spaces, folders and documents from familiar tools such as Windows Explorer. You can even create/edit a document in Microsoft Word and save it directly into HOLA.

 SOAP/XML
HOLA offers an elaborate SOAP/XML based Software Development Kit (SDK) to ensure seamless integration and hence smooth interchange of information with external applications.

HOLA architecture is multi-tiered and has been designed for massive scalability - this architecture allows the solution to be scaled up to support thousands of concurrent users without impacting performance. The architecture allows for both horizontal and vertical scaling options to support the growing demands of the enterprise over a period of time. All data elements are XML enabled to ensure API-driven data interchanges and integration with other applications.
